saith, that this Morning between one and two
o'Clock, he apprehended

the Prisoner
now under Examination in Fleet Market
,
with the Casket and Apples now produced which
she was carrying on her backSays, that the
Prisoner
on being interrogated by him as to
property, claimed the basket and Fruit as her
own
And this Informant Charles
Kingham
for himself saith, that the basket
now produced is the same he had borrowed of
one summer ville, a Publican in Fleet Market
and he has no doubt of the Fruit being his
own Property
And the said William Taylor< no role >
for himself saith, that he packed up the Fruit
in the Basket, fit for Sale, on Saturday Night,
and left the same in Fleet Market
to the
care of Thomas Fox< no role >
