The Information of Susanna< no role > the Wife of Owen
Jones of three King Court Minories London Who
being on Oath saith that Isaac Torrez< no role > the Prisoner
now under Examination came with a Cart to the Crd of the Court with Wood in it into
three King Court aforesaid, and she this Informant
as she had several times before been used to do
bought three pennyworth of wood of him, which
wood he and a [..] Brother of his brought to the House
that she this Informant took one of the Barket of
Wood into her House and the said Isaac Torrez< no role > the
other Basket, that she this Informant is certain
at the time she went into the House with the
Wood there was a set of [..] Watch Case
containing three in Number, two being wholly
of Silver, and the outside one [..] Tortoise shell< no role >
edged with Silver, laying on the Corner of the
dresser close by where the said Prisoner stood when
he took the money for the Wood, which this Informant
immediately on his going out missed, says that then
was no person at that time near the house that could possibly
take the said Watch Cases except the said prisoner
and she is fully satisfied and convinced in her
Conscience, that the said Isaac Torrez< no role > stole the
said Watch Cases.
