in no wise regarding his Duty in that behalf but
contriving & intending as much as in him lay altogether to omit
and put off the due Execution of his said Office on the sd. 20th
day of Decr. in the 20th. year afsd. and continually afterward
until the day of the taking of this Inquisition at the Parish afsd.
in the Ward afsd. in London afsd. the sd. Office of one of the
Wardmote Inquestmen afsd. unlawfully obstinately willfully
& contemptuously did altogether neglect and refuse and hath neglected
& refused and yet doth entirely neglect & refuse to take upon
himself and execute against his said Duty To the bad example of
all others in the like case offending and against the Peace of our
said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity
