Middlesex Prisoners upon Orders.

34 Thomas Ives< no role > , convicted in January session of grand larceny, was fined 12d. and ordered
to be imprisoned in Newgate 12 calendar months.

Convicted in Jan. session of grand larcenies, were fined 12d. each,
and ordered to be imprisoned 6 calendar months in Newgate.

Convicted in April session, 1775, at Hicks's-Hall , on an indict-
ment against them for a certain riot and assault upon one Tho-
mas Hurt; and ordered to be imprisoned in Newgate for the
term of 5 years.Vide Hicks's-Hall Orders, No. 5.

Detained, together with Joseph Hawes< no role > , John Leross< no role > , and others, on oath of James
Dennis, for riotously assembling at the watch-house in Moorfields , rescuing a pri-
soner then in custody on suspicion of felony, and feloniously knocking the said
James Dennis< no role > down to the ground, putting him in fear of his life, and robbing
him of twenty-four shillings and a gold laced hat.

Also detained on oath of Moses Aurobus< no role > , for violently assaulting Philip Moss< no role > , a
watchman of Bishopgate, in the city of London , with swords and cutlasses, whereby
his life was greatly despaired of. And detained by D. Wilmot< no role > and J. Sherwood< no role > ,
Esqrs . on oath of Thomas Manwaring< no role > , on suspicion of wilfully, and of malice
aforethought, being present, abetting, Etc. certain persons unknown, to murder one
Philip Moss< no role > , a watchman belonging to Bishopgate, in the city of London .

Hicks's -Hall Prisoners remaining on Orders.

1 Francis Palmer< no role > , convicted Oct. 23, 1773, at Hicks's-Hall , on an indictment for a
trespass , assault, and misdemeanour, and committed to be imprisoned in Newgate
for 7 years, and at the expiration thereof to enter into his own recognizance in
200l. to keep the peace, Etc. for 7 years.

Convicted April 29, 1775, at Hicks's-Hall , on an indictment
against them for a certain riot and assault upon one Thomas
