Who being on Oath say and first said Ann Plampin< no role >
for herself
says that about three weeks before Christmass last between 8 & 10
o'Clock in the Evening her house in Dukes Court
aforesaid was
entered by some Person or Persons at the Widow of her Dining Room
and robbed of a green Petticoat and a Gown now produced (which
was not then made up) besides divers other things. And

for himself says that the Gown now produced
he found in the Apartments of William Bagnell< no role >
now present
in Whites Alley Chancery Lane
on Saturday the 18th. instant
And said Thomas Carpmeal< no role > This name instance is in set 2429. This set is in the group(s): BowStreetOfficers .
says that the Petticoat now
produced he found the same day in the Apartments of the
said William Bagnell< no role >
as aforesaid And John Labar< no role >
further says that at this [..] time Elizabeth
Bagnell< no role >
was present and said the said Things were her property.
