Who being upon Oath says and first the said
Thomas Ravenhill< no role >
for himself saith that he is Servant to Thomas
Harcourt Powel< no role >
of Harcourt Buildings in the Inner Temple
in the City of London
Saith that a person was present who calls
himself Joseph Girrond lived as a Servant
to a Gentleman
in
his said Masters Chambers about November last Saith that
a red frock Coat, two embroider'd Waistcoats, a pair of black silk
breeches three pair of white silk stockings and other Apparel
now produced he is very sure is his said Masters property
and was stolen out of his Chambers in Harcourt Buildings
aforesaid about the Month of November lastAnd the
said Joshua Skidmore< no role >
for himself saith that he is Taylor
to the aforesaid Thomas Harcourt Powel< no role >

. Saith that
he is very sure the said frock Coats two embroidered Waistcoats
a pair of black silk Breeches and other Apparel now produced
is the property of the said Thomas Harcourt Powel Esqr
. And
the said Mathew Swift< no role >
for himself saith that he apprehended
the said Joseph Girrond< no role >
, and in his Lodgings in Piccadilly
he found the said unfrock Coat two embroider'd Waistcoats, pair
of black silk Breeches, three pair of silk Stockings and
other things now produced.
