of David Samuel Modry< no role > , and received judgment to be hanged by the neck till dead,
and afterwards to be dissected and anatomized.

and riding away in the county of Lincoln a brown gelding the property of Francis

feloniously assaulting him on the king's highway in the county of Kent , and felo-
niously taking from his person a gold watch and some money:- And last session
ordered to be sent to the common gaol of the said county of Kent , of Lincoln ,
at which place the assizes shall be first held.

on oath of William Capell< no role > for felony and highway robbery perpetrated in the
county of Gloucester ; and last session ordered to be sent to the common gaol of
the said county of Gloucester .
