anor. Cart loaded with Coals but with what
Number of Sachs Dept. heroes not and drawn also
by the [..] is and which last in mentioned Cart
which a Breast of the after [..] Cart and also
dad [..] Horses and the Property of
Hudson of Thames Street London Coal Mercht
but the Driver thereof Dept. doth not know; the
first [..] mentioned Cart was passing Hudson's
Cart, the deced rade of drawn thetwo Cart [..] of
the Shaft's of the two Carts the deced's Horse triping
and coming upon his Knee's third the deced over
the Shaft of the [..] first mentioned Cart towards the
offWheelWheel of that Cart which pressed
and grayed agt. the deced's Breast and much bruised
him which occasioned his deaft as Dept. believe as [..]
Says that [..] the Sd. first mentioned Cart was going [..]
at a brisk Rate, that taken the [..] happened

chase to the Head of the Shaft Horse and Dept. says

That the Wheels of the first mentioned were shod
