but the Driver thereof Dept. doth not know; the
first [..] mentioned Cart was passing Hudson's
Cart, the deced rade of drawn thetwo Cart [..] of
the Shaft's of the two Carts the deced's Horse triping
and coming upon his Knee's third the deced over
the Shaft of the [..] first mentioned Cart towards the
offWheelWheel of that Cart which pressed
and grayed agt. the deced's Breast and much bruised
him which occasioned his deaft as Dept. believe as [..]
