William Bernard< no role > of Assistant to and residing
with Rateman Saddington< no role > of Fleet Street London
Apothecary on his Oath saith that Yesterday abts. 15 in
the Atkinson as Dept. was in Mr. Saddington's Shop
near Ram Ally being aforesaid by the Noise of the
people Dept. Cooked for se. the Street where he be held
the deced just as he was [..] to the ground Dept.
being abt. 14 or 15 Yards from the Cart which was passing
Fleetstreet before un Serjeants Inn and Ram Alley: the
when the deced was fall to the pound his [..]
abt. a yard from the Off Wheel of the Cart and his kept
between the Hind Leggs of the Shaft Horse; that Dept
[..] Shaft horse graze the Leg of the deced as he lay
on the pavemt. and the Cartgging on the off Wheel
of the Cart prossed agt. the deceds Breast very much
by means of which Blood Vessells of the deced word
broke which was the immediately Cause oft is
death as Dept. apprehends and believes, Says that
after the Which [..] was put Cook that the deced was let
Blood , but to no purpose and died in abt. an Hour
afterwds. by the Bruis is he reced in manner aforesd

Explain Jeffrey Harris< no role > of Ramsgate in the
Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent Sawyer
of his Majestys Excise on his Oath Saith that Yesterday
Afternoon he saw the deced [..] under the
Cart be two [..] off Wheel and the Hindlye
of the Shaft Horses the Horses [..] going a Foot [..]
immediately afterwards he saw the Off Wheel take
the deceased left Side Obligedly and them the Cart
Stopped but Whether by the Resistance of the Body
or any prison's taking hold of his Shaft Horse
Deponent can form no Judgment.and that the
deceased was immediately taken up and proper
[..] wood for his Recovery, but he died soon
afterwards.
