on his Oath saith that Yesterday in the Afternoon as
Dept. was passing a long fleet street

in the sd. Street between Single Inn and Ram

clare to the Off Wheel of or Cartloadedbut
whether the came was loaded or not or by what
Number of Horses the same was drawn Dept. knows

to Dept. took the deced up and carried him to Ram
Alley aforesd. and put him upon a Chair, that the deced
cried out of my God; that there upon a Surgeon was
immediately sent to who bled him, but he bled but
little and Dept. stayed with him for abt. the Spare
of forty Minutes when he died; and Dept. says that
when he and the other man took the deced up his
Right Leg was bloody and his last Breast appeared
to be very much buried
