on his Oath Saith that
Yesterday in the Afternoon about five o Clock
Deponent was passing a Long Fleet Street
towards
Saint Paul's
at which time Deponent saw two
Carts drawn by two or more Horses each, one
being loaded with Coals, and the other whether
loaded or not Deponent Can't say, Passing a Long-
Fleet Street
a breast very fast towards Temple
Bar
without any Drivers attending either of them at
which time Deponent observed the deced to be
or Horseback passing towards Saint Pauls
Church yard, to be so between the Wheels
off Wheel and war Wheel of the said Carts
and he endeavoured to disengage himself
upon which the House the deceased rode reared
up, and the deceased fell to the Ground between
the off Wheel of theover the Slaft House of
the loaded Cart, and Deponent saw the off wheel
of such loaded Cart on the Body of the deceased and then
and not before Deponent saw a Driver who appeared to belong to the loaded Coat who pat
back the Cart, and Deponent went up to the
deceased

door drawn from the Cart by the people in the
Street, and Deponent saw no more of the deceased
