SIR,
Your being, bound over to appear at the
Session held in May last, and not appearing according
to the Condition of Your Recognizance for that Purpose, it became
forfeited, and must be estreated into the Court of Exchequer, in
order to the issuing of Process thereon against you, for levying
the Penalty; unless prevented by Appearance and proper Appli-
cation, to stay Proceedings thereon at the next Session, which will
bein at Guildhall, on Monday the 13th Instant,
