Please to take Notice That the Court of General
Quarter Session of the Peace which will be holden at Guildhall
in and for the City of London
on Monday the Seventeenth day
of February Instant at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon, will
be Moved on an Affidavit of the Absence of two Material
Witnesses for the Defendant That the Trial of the Indictment
in this Cause may be put off and the Defendants Recognizance
Respited Untill the then next General Quarter Session of the
Peace to be holden in and for the said City Dated the 14th day
of February 1777
