Guildhall in and for the City of London on Monday the
Seventeenth day of February Instant at Ten of the Clock
in the forenoon Will be Moved on an Affidavit of the
Absence of the material Witnesses for the Defendant That
the Trial of the Indictment in this Cause may be put off
and the Defendants Recognizance Crespied until the then
next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden in
