Country and the other she in any wise
hath not been able to see but verily believes
That by the next Session she shall be able
to produce one or both of them And lastly Saith
That she is well Informed and which she verily
believes to be true that she cannot safely proceed
to Tryal without the Testimony of one or

Saith That on the Fourteenth day of February
Instant he served Mr Chetham as he had been
Informed was she Prosecurix's Solicitor in this Cause
with the Notice hereunto Annexed by delivery to
him a true Copy thereof and at the same him
acquainting him with the Contents thereof
And further Saith That on the same day he
called at the Prosecutrix's house and left a true Copy
of the said Annexed Notice with a person there who
told this Deponent That the Prosecutrix was gone
to her Sisters in the Minories And that she told
this Deponent that so soon as she came home she should
have the said Notice or Words to that effect
