The humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Margaret in new Fish Street in the City of
London.

That by Virtue of a certain Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of

Esquire
Mayor
of the
City of London
and
John Wilkes< no role >
Esquire
one of the Aldermen
of
the said City two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the City
of London and the Liberties there of one being of he Quorum
bearing Date the fourth Day of June 1774
.
Ann Warwick< no role >
was
removed and delivered by the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Magnus by London Bridge
in the
said City anto the said Parish of Saint Margaret in new Fish Street
as the Place of her last legal Settlement
That Your Petitioners apprehending themselves to be
aggrieved by the said Order or Pass Warrant humbly appeal
against the same and pray Relief in the Premisses and that the
Benefit of this their Appeal may be saved unto them and
that the Hearing and Determination thereof may be adjourned
unto the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said
City.
