Whereas by a Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of the Worshipful John wilkes< no role > Esquire Lord Mayor
of the City of London and Nathaniel Newnham< no role > Esquire
two of his Majesty Justices of the Peace for the said City
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Thirty
First Day of January one Thousand Seven Hundred and
Seventy Five Ann Pettit< no role > Wife of Thomas Pettit< no role > who has
Deserted her was Removed and Conveyed from our of the
Parish of Saint Katherine Coleman in the City of London aforesaid to the
Parish of Saint Andrew Undershaft in the said City of London
as the Place of her last Legal Settlement These are
therefore to Give you Notice that the said Parish of Saint
Andrew Undershaft will Appeal to the next Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holdon at the Guild hall in
and for the said City Against the said Warrant or Order
Dated 15th. April 1775 .
