Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the City of London and Liberties
thereof one being of the Quourm by the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Giles Cripplegate without in
the City of London That Thomas Keble< no role > Joanna< no role > his Wife And
their two Children Sarah< no role > Aged 6. Years and Elizabeth< no role > Aged
3. Years are Lately come to reside in their said Parish not having
obtained any Legal Settlement there And are Likely to become Chargeable
thereto unless timely precented which Complaint dee the said Justices
upon due Proof made thereof as well upon the Oath of the said
Thomas Keble as otherwise do Adjudge to be true And we do also
Adiudge the Last Legal Settlement of the said Thomas Keble to
be in the said Parish of St. Botolph Bishopsgate without in the
City of London And that hither to they ought by Law to be Sent
These are therefore in his Majestys name to will and require
you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint Giles Cripplegate without in the City of Londons forthwith to
remove and Convey the said Thomas KebleandJoanno his Wife
And their two Children Sarah aged 6 Years and Elizabeth aged 3
Years from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of St. Botolph Bishopsgate
without in the City of London And them deliver unto the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor there or to some or one of them together with
this our Orders who is and are hereby request to receive And
Provide for them According to Law Given under our hands and Seal
this 28th. day of March 1775 .
