The humble petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within
the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex.

That by virtue of an Order under the hands and Seals of

conveyed from the Parish or precinct of Saint Ann Black Fryars
in the Ward of Farringdon
within in the City of London to the said
Parish of Saint Anne
within the Liberty of Westminster
(in the said
called and described by the Name of the Parish of Saint Anne who
in the County of Middlesex
) as the Place of her last legal
Settlement Whereby the petitioners conceive themselves to be
Aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication of the said two Justices
and their said Order And pray that your Worships
will please to hear and determine the said Appeal
