To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the City of London at their General Quarter Session of
the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph
Bishopsgate without in the City of London

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of The Right Honourable John Wilkes< no role > Esquire
Lord Mayor of the said City and Nathaniel Thomas< no role > Esquire two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said City of London (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 28th. day of March
1775 . Thomas Keble< no role > Joanna< no role > his Wife And their two Children
Sarah< no role > Aged Six Years and Elizabeth< no role > aged three Years were removed
and Conveyed from out of the Parish of Saint Giles Crippelgate
without in the said City of London to the said Parish of Saint
Botolph Bishopsgate without London as the place of their Last
Legal Settlement whereby year Petitioners Conceive themselves to
be Aggrived.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray your worships to appoint a day to
hear and determine their said Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
