Take Notice That We Thomas Austin and Joseph
Davenport will appear at the next Session of Oyer and terminer to be
holden at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey in and for the City of London
On Wednesday the 18th: Day of October Instant at Nine of the Clock
in the Forenoon And then and there Try our Traverse on the Instant
by the said Thomas Bentley found against us for a Misdemeanor
