the Jury found that the said Richard Tills Death was occassion
by Accident and the said Coroner then informed this Deponent
that no Prosecution could be carried on against the said Philip

and this Deponent saith that on that Account he did
not prosecute the said Philip Maddin according to the Condition
of his said Recognizance
