was committed to the Goal
of Newgate
for the City of London for stealing Sixty Pounds
Weight of Tallow of the Value of Twenty Shillings the Property
of this Deponent and his Partners William Hanson< no role >
Henry Hanson< no role >
and James Hanson< no role >
and this Deponent saith that the said Richard
Pickles on his Examination before the Magistrate at Guildhall
London confessed that he took the said Tallow out of a Warehouse
belonging to this Deponent and his said Partners in the Parish of
Saint Saviour Southwark
in the County of Surrey
and this Deponent
Saith that the said Tallow or any part thereof hath not to the
Knowledge or Relief of this Deponent been found in the City of
London or in the County of Middlesex.
