was at a Sessions
[..] ld at the Old Bailey
, tried and Convicted of
[..] ony and received Sentence of Death for the
[..] id Crime, And Whereas some favorable
[..] umstances have been humbly represented
[..] to us in his behalf inducing us to extend our
Grace and Mercy to Him on condition of
Transportation for Life, Our Will and Pleasure
therefore is, that you give the necessary Directions
for the Transportation of the said Thomas
Pinkstone to one of our Colonies or Plantations
in America for and during the Term of his
natural Life, and that you do cause the Name
of the said Thomas Pinkstone to be inserted for
his Crime abovementioned in our first and
next General Pardon that shall come out
for the Poor Convicts in newgate on the
Condition abovementioned. And for so doing
this shall be your warrant. Given at Our Court
at St: James's the 11th: Day of February 1775

the Fifteenth Year of our Reign.
