Instant Serve Mr. Johnston Solicitor for the Prosecution with
a Notice in Writing Purporting that this Honorable Court wou'd
he Moved that the Recognizance for the alone Defendant
Salomon taking his Tryal this Session might he Respited
to the next Session by delivering such Notice to the Clerk
of the said Mr Johnston at his Chambers in the Temple and
who in this Deponent Presence gave it to the said Mr
Johnston
