and saith that he this Deponent was present and did see the within named Samuel Galindo< no role >
the Prosecutor in this Cause sign and seal And as his Act and Deed deliver
the within Released to the Said Defendant William Mills< no role > And saith that
the Name Wm. Chetham within Subscribed as the Witness attesting the
Execution of the said Release is the proper Hand Writing of this Deponent
