and Saith that he hath Attended the above
Defend at about Sixteen days who has been and
is Still in a very Dangerous Situation and
whose Disorder is a putred fever And
this Deponent further saith that in his
Opinion it is imposible for the said Defendant
to go out in order to take his Trial for
that the said Defendant has been Confined
to his bed all the [..] abovementioned
time And Deponent verily believes that
if the said Defendant was to come out in
the Air it would be the Death of him
