and had been a little before turned out And this Deponent Saith
that he was informed that by incases of his not being in Court when
the said Trial of the said Thomas Flathers< no role >
came on his said
Recognizance was become forfeited And this Deponent saith
that at the time of his so going from the Court he fully intended
to have returned soon enough to have given Evidence against
the said Thomas Flathers< no role >
and used his utmost Endeavours
for that Purpose And lastly this Deponent saith that he did
not omit to attend the said Trial with any View to favour the
said Thomas Flathers< no role >
or for any reward or premise or hope
thereof.
