Day of the October Sessions which was in the
year one thousand seven hundred and seventy
three a Bill was preferred to the Grand Jury at
the Old Baily
against Thomas Walton< no role >
and
Edward Anderson< no role >
for Pocket picking by him the Deponent and this
Deponent Giles Fortin maketh oath that he is an
Officer of the Peace
and is the Person in whose Custody
thethe Goods Stolen from the said William England< no role >
by the said Thomas Walton< no role >
and Edward Anderson< no role >
were committed and that he was bound over to
produce the same on their Trial and both these
Deponents further make oath that they did
duly attend at [..] the Old Baily
every Day
during the whole of the said October Sessions
for the purpose of prosecuting the said Thomas
Walton and Edward Anderson< no role >
but that they nor
either of them were ever called upon
