The humble Petition & appeal of the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of St. George the Martyr in Southwark

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order under the hands &
Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the
said City of London (one whereof being of ye Quorum)
bearing date ye 10th Day of Sepr. last, Elizth. Cowdell< no role > This name instance is in set 911. This set is in the group(s): MothersPS .
Singlewoman & her Female Bastard Child Susanna< no role >
aged five Months were removed from the parish of
St. Botolph Bishopsgate London to ye sd. parish of
Sr. George Southwark as ye place of her last legal

by ye order of ye sd. two Justices, humbly appeal agt.
ye same, & pray that this Honble. Court will please
to hear & determine their sd. appeal & make such
