To the Worshipfull His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of London
in their General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint George Hanover Square within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under
the Hands and Seals of William Nash< no role > (Mayor) and John Shakespear< no role >
Esquires Two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of London
and Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Twenty
third day of June last One Sarah Young< no role > aged Nine years was removed
and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
London to the said Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the said
County as the place of her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be Aggrieved and Appeals against the same

Therefore your Petitioners humbly praysyour Worships
to appoint a Day inthesethis present Session
to Hear and Determine this their' Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
