Esquire Lord Mayor of the City of London
and to the Worshipful the Aldermen his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the same City. at their
General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled.

The Humble Petition and
Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Mary Aldermanbury London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said City of London (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
twenty fourth Day of September last. Elizabeth< no role >
the Wife of James Nash< no role > . who hath deserted her and
their Child Elizabeth Frances< no role > , were removed from
the Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate London
to the said Parish of Saint Mary Aldermanbury
as the Place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving
themselves aggrieved by the Order of
the said two Justices, humbly appeal
against the same, and pray that
this Honourable Court will please
to hear and determine their said
Appeal and make such Order
thereon as shall be just

And Your Petitioners shall pray Etc.
