England and soforth entitled an Act against Regrators Forestallers and Ingrossers that is to say on the Twenty fifth Day of
October in the twelfth Year of the Reign of our said present sovereign Lord the King at London
aforesaid that is to say at the
Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the Ward of Farringdon
without in London aforesaid did but of one Matthew committ
Nine Oxen and the said

did not keep and feed the same Nine Oxen by the space of Five Weeks in
his own house or Houses Ground Ferm Ground or in such Ground or Grounds where he had the Herbage on common of
pasture by Grant or Prosecution or any of them but the said

to wit on the said Twenty Fifth Day of October in the Twelfth Year aforesaid at London
aforesaid that is to say at
the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the said Ward of Farringdon
without in London aforesaid did tell the said
Nine Oxen again alive against the form of the Statute aforesaid and that the said Nine Oxen at the time of buying
and of the Sale thereof were of the Value of One Hundred Pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Britain is wit at London aforesaid
that is to say at the Parish aforesaid in the Ward aforesaid by which the said

had for failed the Sum of
Two hundred Pounds of like lawful Money being the double Value of the said Nine Oxen so by the said

Manner and form aforesaid against the form of the Statute aforesaid bought and sold again alive One Molety thereof to be
to our said Lord the King and the other Moicty thereof to him or them she will see for the same in any of the Kings
Courts of Record by Bill Plaint Action of Debt or Information Whereupon the said
