John Shoolbred< no role > of Bury Court Saint Mary Axe Lord [..]
Merchant one of the prosecutors of the said Henry Eastwick< no role > [..]
Oath and Saith that William Skeys< no role > of Cork in the [..]
of Ireland Merchant is a very material Witness [..]
against the said Henry Eastwick< no role > and without whose
testimony this Deponent is informed and verily
believes that the Prosecutors cannot with safety
Proceed to Trial And this Deponent further Saith that
he is informed and verity believes that the said William
Skeys is now at Cork aforesaid and hopes and believes
that he shall Reable to have the said William Skeys< no role >
in England to give evidence against the said Henry
Eastwick at the next Session of Oyer and Terminer to
be holden for the City of London which he will use his
endeavours to accomplish
