The Information of George Wigan< no role >
taken before me this 13th. day of
December 1771

Who being upon Oath says that he was empowered by Mr. Samuel
Meak< no role > to let a house of his in Conway Court Marybone , that he
accordingly did let the said house to a person now present who
calls himself Samuel Roberts< no role > at the Rate of £14 P Annum
that the said Samuel Roberts< no role > entered upon the said house some
time before Midsummer last and that the said house was a
new one and never inhabited before, and further says that
when the said Samuel Roberts< no role > entered upon the said house there
was no Stamp or Press or any other Engine in it
