a Material Witness on behalf of the Crown on the
several Indictments found against the above
named Defendants without whose Evidence
this Deponent is advised and verily believes
the Crown cannot with safety Proceed to
the Tryals thereof And this Deponent further
Saith that upon Inquiry this Deponent
hath been informed (and which Information this Deponent
verily beleives to be true) that the said John Clark< no role >
is now in Holland
on particular business
and will not be able to Return during them
Present Sessions so as that the Crown may
have the benefit of his Testimony, but this
Deponent hath been Informed and verily

to England before the next Sessions and attend
