aforesd. Cordwainer maketh Oath & saith
that he hath her own the deced for about her
years last past Dept having maried the
deced's Sister; that the deced called at Depts. House
on Christmas day three days after he had reced
his Hurts and complained that he was very
ill on which Dept. asked what was the matter
with him, who answered he had been kicked
by an Horse, that Dept. procured him a Lodging
neat day Dept. out for Mr. Uwin an Apothecary
to attend him whose Journeyman came and
attended on him several days: that about
Week after on Depts. questioning the truth of [..]
dead's story in relation to his being kicked by an
Horse, he insisted on the deced's telling how
his hurts realy happened who told him that as
he was drinking a Pint of Beer at the Barley
More the Sunday before Christmas, the two
Persons having worke together Saml. Westley
being one as Dept deceasd was quiting his [..]
Westley struck him [..] though Dept deced had
never offended him in his life which rendred
him insensible and that he was as a lying man
and that Westley had hilled him says the deced
died last Sunday in St. Bartholomew Hospitals
and that [..]

The Dept. Richard Beayley< no role > further says that the
deceased appeared to this Dept. to be in a good state
of Health before the remain the Hurt from Rd
Westley.
