Great Titchfield Street taken before me this 30th.
day of November 1771

Who being upon Oath says that in or about the Month of May
last oneSamuel William Roberts< no role > entered upon a house in Conway Court
Marybone which he had taken of Mr. Meak and where he has lived
till lately that last Night this Informant being empowered by the
said Mr. Meek to seize the Goods upon the Premises for Rent due
from the said William Roberts< no role > for the said house seized a certain
Machine which he does verily believes is intended to be used for
falsely making coining and counterfeiting theKing'sGold Coin
of this Kingdom, and that six pieces of Metal now produced
resembling Guineas (as this Informent was credibly told by his
Brother) were also fund in the said house
