maketh Oath and saith on the 26th. day of Decr.
last Dept. was called upon to attend the deced at
No. 10 in Maidenhead Court Moor Lane in Forestreet aforesaid
and Dept. went there where he found both the
deced's lyes closed up and very black both two
wounds upon the Bridge of the Nose and a
considerable Confusion upon his Forehead
labouring outer the Symptons of one having
of a concussion on the Brain being every now
and then [..] that Dept. being sensible
that the deced was in danger advised the deced to
[..] fore the spital but the deced being
[..] to it Dept and is took to care him and
attended on [..] day at the end of which him
his wound and [..] being better but yet
[..] why much worse in body occasioned by
the wounds and contusions [..] having
reced much in [..] that Dept. being taken ill and
unable to attend the deced their in the deced
friends [..] for [..] Vdeson who this Dept
believes withanded [..] for abt year 5 days and
Dept. [..] afterwards attenden him more
as an Apothecary, [..] afterwards
went to the deced with Mr. Ilwis Bills of
Chargers when Dept. bound the deced Nose
[..] says the deced complained
of a Droprical and [..] complaint and
that he was in quit pain [..] and [..]

extraction and Dept verily believes that the [..]
and collusion the [..] nearly the
deced in of his dealt but Dept [..] that the
deced [..] made any mention to this how [..]
he [..] that [..] he saw the deced
[..] the [..] last Monday
the 20th. [..] & was unfound [..] was he died there
the day before days he believes the deced was in a
bed habit of body cont [..] through [..]
which corporating with the [..] age he and [..]
prevented [..]
