Mary Matfellon otherwise White Chapel
in the County of Middlesex Coachmaker
Maketh Oath that he is one of the Bail
of John Williams< no role > Indicted in May Session
last by the name of James Williams< no role > for
a Rich and that the attended [..] the
Court at the Old Bailey every day at that
Session expecting the said John Williams< no role >
to appear there pursuant to his Recognizance
but afterwards upon going to the said
John Williams< no role > to know why he did not
attendandwas informed by him and
Thomas Pierce< no role > the other Bail for the
said John Williams< no role > that he the said John
Williams & the said Thomas Pierce< no role >
had attended at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street by mistake instead of the
Old Bailey which information this
Deponent verily believe to be true

That the reason the said Thomas
Williams hath & surendered
since was owing to this Deponent
and the said James Williams< no role >
being informed that [..]
he was not obliged
being Indicted by
[..]


That this Deponent will take care
to cause and verily believes that
he shall herewith said John Williams< no role > to appear
at the next General Session of the peace
to be holden for this City, to answer the
charge in the Indictment against him
