Joseph Harrison< no role > of Saint Catherines near the Tower of
London wharfinger and Charles Pearson< no role > of Grace church
street London Haberdasher Jointly and severally make
Oath that the above Defendant was committee to prison
by Sir John Fielding< no role > on Munday the Ninth day of
September last for receiving a Silver helded Sword and
a Brass Hilled sword and other things the properly
of Captain Hayes of the seventh Augment of English
Fugleas and for receiving in like manner Several
pair of Stays and other goods the properly of Messrs.
Hurd Morris and Beale knowing them to be stolen
And these deponents do Jointly and severally say
that they and each of them were on the day and year
aforesaid severally Bound in a Recognizance by the said
Magistrate to our Sovereign Lord the King in the
sum of Forty pounds each to appear as Justice
Hall in the old Baily as the session to be held their
on Wednesday the Eleventh day of September then
next and immediately to evening to prosecute [..]
give Evidence against the said Defendant And there
Deponents do further say that it was their fixed
and Determined purpose to prosecute and give
Evidence against the said Defendant accordingly
