Oath that the above Defendant was committee to prison

And these deponents do Jointly and severally say
that they and each of them were on the day and year
aforesaid severally Bound in a Recognizance by the said
Magistrate to our Sovereign Lord the King in the
sum of Forty pounds each to appear as Justice
