by the directions of the above named Defendance
element to the house of Thomas Smith< no role > of
Suffolk Lane Cannon Street London Session
in Order to request his Attendance at the Old
Bailey this Sessions to give Evidence on Behalf of the
above named Defendant in this prosecution the Defendant
informing this Deponent that the said Thomas Smith< no role >
was Material Witness for the said Defendant
on his Tryal When this Deponent was informed by
the Servants of the said Thomas Smith< no role > and which
Information she believes to be true [..] that the said
Thomas Smith< no role > was gone as Journey into Yorkshire
and would not return these three Weeks [..] nold
return at the end of that time
