As this Deponent apprehends and Verily believes the
Prosecutor of the said Indictment cannot with Safety
proceed to the Tryal of the saith Samuel Moffett< no role >
at this present Sessions but hopes and verily believe
that he shall be able to prince the said Sir George
Macartney< no role > andWilliams or one of them
to attend at the next Sessions for this City in September
next.
