further saith That altho the said Williams was on
Monday the First day of July Instant duly personalty
sum coned to attend at the Publick Office in Boro street
on the Wednesday Morning Following to give Evidence on his
Majesty'
s Behalf against the said Samuel Moffett on his
Examination before the Justices of the Peace
in the County
of Middlesex
there parish he the said Williams
Neglected so to do And this Deponent also saith that he
afterwards on Friday the Fifth day of July Instants enquired
of a Woman at the said Mrs. Robertsons House for
the said Williams and his Deponent was then
informed by the said Woman, and which Information he
verily believes to be true that the said Williams
was gone out of Town And this Deponent saith that he did
this Meaning being the Eighth day of July Instant Enquired
again at the said Mrs.Robertson's House for the
said Williams and was then informed by a
Women three that the said Williams was gone to
Bristol
and that she could not tell when he would return
And this Deponent further saith, he hath been informed

That he is advised and believes that the said Sir George
