The King against Sir John Webb< no role > Baronet
and others indicted for a Conspiracy on
the Prosecution of James Stephen< no role >

Francis Bredall< no role > of Maddox Street near Hanover
Square in the County of Middlesex apothecary maketh Oath that he
this Deponent hath for five Years and upwards last Past Attended Sir
John Webb< no role > and his Family as their Apothecary as Occasion required
And during such time hath had an Oppertunity of being Acquainted with
the said Sir John Webb< no role > 's Constitution That Sir John's Constitution is
inclined to Bilious Disorders with a relaxed Stomach and Bowels and
of a Nervous Habit of Body in which Cases the reaters of the German
Spa are thought very efficacious that the said Sir John Webb< no role > was in the
Season of the Year One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Nine at the
German Spa as he informed this Deponent and on his return told this
Deponent that he had received great Benefit from those Waters and
which this Deponent very evidently perceived and this Deponent
Answered That said Sir John Webb< no role > could not do better than go
again to the German Spa the next Season and the said Sir John
Webb replied that he certainly should go again the next Season
or to that Effect and this Deponent further Saith that in his Opinion
it was necessary for the said Sir John Webb< no role > to go to the German
Spa this Season for the Establishment of his Health and lastly this
Deponent saith that the said Sir John Webb< no role > called upon this
Deponent on Sunday the fifth day of August last when Sir
John Webb< no role > informed this Deponent That he was About to set
out immediately for the German Spa and this Deponent is
informed, and verily believes that the said Sir John Webb< no role > is Now there
