before me one of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
in and for the said County the 21st: Day of June 1770

This Informant saith that last Night between the house of
Twelve and one O,Clock this Informant [..] then being in the
High Street Aldgate London a Man who now is present
and says his name is Andrew Rogen Stoped him and said
to him this Informant" you must deliver and immediately
Struck this Informant a Violent [..] Blow on the Shoulder
where upon thro Informant [..] run away and called out for
Assistance and a fewthMinuets after he saw the said Man
Andrew Rogan< no role > taken by the watchman and this Examinant
further saith that the said Man who now saith his name
is Andrew Rogan< no role > is the same person who [..] Stored this
Informant and Struck him as aforesaid-
