the Guild Hall within and for the said
City and Libertys thereof Assembled

The humble petition of ye Churchwardens
and Oversrs. of ye poor of the parish of St. Mary White
Chapel in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Order of Removal or pass Warrt. bearing
Date the twenty third day of January last under the
hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of ye
peace for the said City Mary Rogers< no role > widow of Willm
Rogers< no role > deceased was Removed from the parish of St.
Botolph Aldgate London to the said parish of St Mary
White Chapel

That Your petn. Apprehend themselves to
be Aggrieved by the said Order or pass Warrt. do hereby
Appeal against the same

And Your petrs. humbly pray that this their
Appeal may be adjourned Untill the next Quarter
Sessn. of ye peace to be holden for the said City and Libertys
in Order then and there to be heard and Determined
and that all parties Concerned May be Ordd. then
and there to attend to abide the Judgment of the
Court upon & touching this appeal
