That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order of Removal bearing date

as the Place of their last legal Settlemt.
That Your Petitioners find themselves aggreived by the said
Order or Pass Warrant & Do therefore humbly appeal against
the same
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray that
You will be pleased to Order the Church wardens
& overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Trinity
& all other Persons concerned to Attend this Court
this Present Sessions, & to hear & abide the
Judgment of & determination of this Court
touching the Premises and that Your Petitions
May have push relief therein as to Justice
of Law doth appertain
And Your Petitioners Shall ever pray Etc
