The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Kensington in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order of Removal bearing date
the twenty sixth day of April last under the hands & Seals of George
Nelson< no role > Esqr Mayor & Sir William Stephenson< no role > Knight two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the said City of London & the Liberties thereof
Ann Carter< no role > the Wife of John Carter< no role > gone from her & their Child Ann< no role >
aged three years were removed from the Parish of Trinity in the sd.
City of London to the said Parish of Kensington in the said
County of Middlesex as the Place of their last legal Settlemt.

That Your Petitioners find themselves aggreived by the said
Order or Pass Warrant & Do therefore humbly appeal against
the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray that
You will be pleased to Order the Church wardens
& overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Trinity
& all other Persons concerned to Attend this Court
this Present Sessions, & to hear & abide the
Judgment of & determination of this Court
touching the Premises and that Your Petitions
May have push relief therein as to Justice
of Law doth appertain

And Your Petitioners Shall ever pray Etc
