the same City for buying and receiving about Fourteen Ounces
of Piedmont Silk from

intrusted to wind the same
the consent of the Employer not being first had against the Statutes
Your Petitioner conceiving himself Aggrieved
thereby Doth humbly Appeal against the said
Conviction as being illegal and Prays such Relief
in the Premises as to this Honourable Court
shall seem meet.
