The humble Petition and appeal of the Overseers of the
poor of the precinct of White Friars
in the said City of London
Sheweth.
That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals
of two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said City (one being
of the Quorum) dated the seventh day of February last past.

aged twelve weeks, were removed, from the
parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
in the said City to the said
Precinct of White Friars
, as the place of their last legal Settlement.
That your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved by the Judgment
of the said two Justices, and therefore humbly appeal to this honourable
Court against the same and
Pray that this Honble Court will be
pleased to hear and determine their said
appeal and make such Order thereon as
shall be just.
And your Petitioners shall pray Etc.
